I'm skinnyfat. I'm doing a bulk and SS with accesories. I CAN'T IMPROVE MY NUMBERS. I'm stalling at 70 kg BP, 78 kg SQUAT, 95 kg DL, 35 kg OHP. I go 3 days a week.

I'm eating homemade burgers, eggs, 1 liter of milk per day, ham, sausages, tuna canned, Whole bread. I'm getting fat and fat in my belly and I'm still a stick!

What should I do to stop growing this belly? I don't to ab work. Should I start jogging or something?

you absolutely need to throw in some cardio work and lift harder. your fat distribution is somewhat based on genetics, thus the only way to remove belly fat is by removing overall fat. I too hate acumulating fat mostly in my belly, it sucks for men in general.

OP here. Guys I've changed of mind. I don't care about my belly getting fatter. I'm doing a bulk and that's normal. I want to get more strenght (1/2/3/4) and then make a cut.

As I said, I can't improve my numbers. I eat enough food, i'm resting 8 hrs a day and I can't put more weight. Do I need a belt or something?

anon all you need to bulk is protein, fats just help boost hormonal levels and carbs give you cheap energy so just drink milk to get the benefits you need, also you need to stop working 1 body part a week and go up to 4-6 days a week when on a bulk to get the biggest benefit

lookup like "200g of beef calories" on google images and learn to eyeball it. Most foods have the calories on the nutrition facts (like rice would say "1 cup dry 150 calories" or so.

I don't recommend gomad it will completely wreck your stomach. As for your routine ss is fine to learn the fundamentals and get used to lifting but not much more. It will take a while to see any real progress and thats a low volume regimen (~6 months)
I would add in maybe 2 more exercises per workout, hammer curls, lunges, pullups & chinups, ab work, delt raises, skull crushers, tricep dips, flyes, shrugs, one arm rows, front squat, etc.

You're getting a big belly because your not packing on muscle as fast as you are getting chunkier by eating as much

That's because the oly barbell at my gym weighs 30 lbs instead of 45. But has the same structure. I do 2pl8 dl, 1.5 pl8 squat.

I don't know why I can't add more weight. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, or maybe it's because I have a small frame, or maybe I'm a pussy.

Train 3 times a week, eat good food.
If you want to do more, you can add chinups/pullups and abs, nothing more, some cardio on off days if you want to get healthier, which, looking at the food you eat, you definitely are not.
Rice, pasta, veggies, chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, yogurt, oats and milk. These are you new best friends.
