Criticize my routine please.

A Day
Freeweights:
>Bench 5x5
>Pullups/Dips (superset) 5x5
>Back Squats 5x5
>Barbell Curls 3x10
Machines:
>Pec Flies 3x10
>Hip Abductor 3x10
>Hip Adductor 3x10
>Chest Press 4x10

>Leg Raises (in between lifts, as desired. at least 3 sets of 10)

B Day
Freeweights:
>Front Squat 5x5
>Bent-over Row 5x5
>Standing Press 5x5
>Deadlift 3x5
Machines:
>Seated Leg Curl 3x10

I work out on odd days, no exceptions, alternating A and B day.

I've just recently added the machines onto my main lifts to get a better workout and try to isolate what I felt is lacking.
B Day could use some work, given that it's so short compared to A Day. But I'm not sure what to add.

I'd say ditch the hip ab/ad's and seated leg curl, do pic related instead.

your routine doesn't really isolate that much, so idk what to recommend unless you want specifics

I had a shoulder injury last year and was able to ohp with little difficulty but couldn't bench for shit.

There's nothing wrong with machines as accessories, so long as free weights are the primary lifts.
