Got my first haemorrhoid in my lifetime about 5 days ago. Worst experience ever. Ruined 2 pairs of trunks with blood stains.

I just don't get it.
I've been squatting for 4 years 2-3 times a week, and I've never ever felt like I've put pressure on my anus hole. My glutes, hamstrings and quads absorb all the energy....what are you guys doing to do this to yourselves? surely you're doing something wrong with how you explode up from the bottom of a squat?

I squat high-bar atg, and also front squat atg, I have lifting shoes, ATG is ez mode for me. Never felt pressure on my anus. I do 1 rep maxes, 3-5 rep range and 8-12 rep range.

How long you had it? Mine cleared up after about 5-6 days. First shit without blood was today so I went and did leg day
I believe it has something to do with valsalva maneuver
(Intraabdominal pressure which helps by supporting spine on heavy lifts. You basically do the same thing when you're trying to force the shit out)
