Scary feel. Exams are coming so I don't want to hurt my GPA gains either.

I was "NEXT SUMMER!!!!" last summer so I'd be thrilled to get these last 10 pounds melted off somehow. Lately it seems I have to fight through a plateau every 2 pounds.

1. Bench is a meme exercise, it's for ego lifting and nothing else. Dips/weighted dips are better in literally EVERY way, do them instead.

2. 2 plate is nothing

3. Work your forearms. Wrist roller/wrist curls.

4. You're still skinnyfat. Of course you don't look good.
