Your BMR is probably around 2,000. If you eat 100 calories daily, that's 1,900 calories burned daily - a little more than a pound of fat burned every other day.

The problem is because you're not eating any protein or carbohydrates, your body will start to catabolize ~40 g of muscle daily to produce the necessary 20 g of glucose your brain requires to function.

That's a pound of muscle lost every 10 days - skeletal muscle, heart, etc.

Here's where that starvation mode meme comes in - as your body burns muscle mass your BMR will start to plummet. Your weight loss will slow, and when you start losing a pound every 3 or 4 days you'll be horribly discouraged.

If you're serious, torrent a copy of Lyle McDonald's Rapid Fat Loss handbook and follow the directions to the letter. You can expect to lose ~20 pounds in 2 months and maintain your muscle/health.

Plain and simple, you cannot lose that much weight in that short a span of time without cutting off body parts. Starving yourself is going to, and I promise you on this, I know you better than you think you know yourself because we here at /fit/ know about bodies much better than you do (that's why you came here for advice!), you WILL binge, you WILL feel like shit, you WILL get angry at yourself, and you'll end up worse off than before.

You've gotten a litany of good advice already in this thread, lose what weight you can with a healthy diet and exercise regime, and (here's the secret), KEEP DOING IT after your dreamboat leaves. Find a diet you can do all the time, and stick to it. In a couple years you'll look and feel better than you ever dreamed.

Losing weight is not accomplished by overcoming some Herculean feat during a musical montage like in Hollywood. It takes very small incremental improvements to your diet and exercise, over a long period of time.

Not eating will make you lose what little muscle mass you have. You WON'T lose all the fat you want to, you don't have enough time. But you WILL lose record amounts of muscle mass, and no matter what you look like, I guarantee you don't want to be losing all your (already minuscule) muscle if your goal is to be sexually attractive.
