does anyone else here have an arm day?
i'm thinking of adding one because after i train super heavy movements and focus hard on larger muscle groups i generally tire and or lose my rage.
Arms are generally easy to lift, but can having an arm day take away from your chest/back days?
I do shoulders with arms
>>36678801
I do arms twice a week.
Arms/Back+Chest/Legs+Shoulders

If you're not a troll, this split is horrible.
>>36679048
>>36679068
i do
arms/shoulders
back/chest
legs
make gains so fight me
Just fucking do 1 or 2 different types of curls every time you go to the gym no matter what other exercises you're doing, wasting a full day only isolating arms is going full retard.

I get consistently good gains. It really doesn't matter how you do the split, as long as you give mucles proper rest. I just find doing it that way is best for related muscle groups.
>>36679106
That makes more sense than what was posted. Just do what >>36679127 says. Why do you not have a separate chest and back day?
>>36679048
Which day do you bench?
>>36679167
Your first two days would take me 2 hours in the gym at least. It's just really inefficient. Why not couple shoulders and chest than have a separate leg day unless your shoulders are way underdeveloped.
>>36679214
Chest/back, ofc
>>36679223
>first two days
>arms
>back/chest
Literally take me 90 minutes max.
>>36678801
>there are natties on this board RIGHT NOW doing bro-splits
>>36678801
>isolating arms when practically every lift involves your arms somehow
Chest,triceps
Shoulders, abs
Legs
Back, biceps

Yo dats me
>>36679419
What routines do you recommend for non-beginners, Mr. Muscles?
>>36678801
anyone who doesn't already have JOOCY arms should have an arm day
back/biceps
shoulders/legs
chest/tris
arms
rinse and repeat until making it
you could also have a cardio/ab sesh on rest day I suppose
Monday: Legs
Tuesday: chest/back/abs
Wednesday: shoulders/arms/forearms/abs
Thursday: Rest
Friday: chest/back/abs
Saturday: shoulders/arms/forearms/abs
Sunday: Rest
Just stopped doing brosplit, and I'm putting on a lot of mass by working out with this plan I weighed 155 two months ago, and I weighed in at 164 today
>>36678801
If you add an extra day to just do arms, sure.
>>36679760
PPL, Upper lower, push pull. There are loads.
>>36679785
how are we in 2016 and people still think training muscle groups once a week is a good idea
the answer is simple it's
Chest shoulders tris
Back and bis
legs and core
off
arms and core
off
repeat

>I weighed 155 two months ago, and I weighed in at 164 today
Congrats, you gained 7.5lbs of fat and 1.5lbs of muscle. Way to do a lazy bulk. It's gonna really suck once you go to cut.
You people doing bb splits are fucking retards
>>36680942
>legs once a week
Enjoy your no gains
>>36681290
Except it really isn't
>>36681311
maximum 1.5lb*
>>36679048
>shoulders with no OHP
>triceps in every workout
Pick 1, then KYS
>>36679785
>consecutive tris
>consecutive bis
Pick 1, then KYS
>>36681290
>taking 3 days off just to have an arm day
>Bodypart splits
You deserve the misery you get
>>36681337
t. SS-victim
>>36681233
Those a basically splits. PPL is just chest/shoulders, back/bi, legs.
>>36678801
I work arms twice a week.
Chest/biceps on day 2 (tri's get hit on pressing movements)
Triceps/biceps/brachs on day 5
Forearms get worked whenever, usually on "off " days
