How slow should I increase calories after coming off DNP?
I recall reading that T3/your metabolism is supressed for a while post-cycle and that it's necessary to increase calories by a certain amount daily, but I can't find the source.

I do 750 mg, but I just take it all at once. I heard it doesnt matter how you split up your dosage. I just prefer to take all mine in the morning to get all the sides out of the way.

I would increase your calories by 100 calories per day until you hit your new maintenance. For example: You've been cycling at 1500 calories. Bump our calories up 100 per day until you hit your new TDEE at that current weight. Once you hit your TDEE calories wise then taper back down into cutting if that is your goal or slightly below maintenance once you reach it.

Like before start with low carbs for a few days eating at 1300. Increase calories 100 per day till you are at maintenance while increasing carb intake. It's not legal to sell or market it as a supplement or medication of course, like the people who sell capsules are doing. Very few chemicals are allowed in things meant to be ingested by humans. There are exclusive lists of what is okay to put in such products. DNP is not on that list. Obviously it's only illegal to sell, not to buy. You can't market house paint as liquid meant for ingestion, that doesn't mean it's illegal for anyone to drink it.
There are exclusive lists over which chemicals are classified as illegal too, and over here DNP is not on that list. It's not classified as a narcotic or as a dangerous substance.

Looking for some feedback on my plan for my second cycle. My first cycle was 200mg/day for about 10 days, didn't really watch my food, ate pretty shitty foods, looking to change that this time.
I'm planning on running DNP for 10 days again, have birthdays a week after I stop DNP, so I should be relatively safe in terms of alcohol.
I want to take 400mg/day this time, but I'm not sure if I should first start at 200mg/day for about 3 days, or just start at 400mg/day right off the bat, any insight? (same batch as first cycle)
My plan is to take the caps at the same time if doing 400mg, before bed, in the hopes that I sleep through the majority of the sweats.
In terms of supplements, 1x multivit, 2000mg vit c, 800-1200 mg vit e, 600mg NAC, 1000mg magnesium, 250mg l-glutathione. Also have melatonin if needs-be for sleeping.
Along with this I also have an ECA stack (30 mg 200mg caf 100mg asperine 3 times a day) and I have T3, but I'm not sure if it's necessary or if it's smart to take T3.
Also have V8 juice, probably drink a glass in the morning of that shit a day, it's disgusting. Along with this a metric shit ton of water, 2-3 gallons easy.
In terms of diet, I'm currently cutting at 1800 cal, probably going to drop that down to 1500, which should be possible with the ECA stack, I can literally not eat for an entire day with that shit. Keep carbs around 100g a day max, from veggies and rice probably, 60-70g of fat, rest proteins.
Planning on going to the gym three times a week, full body workout, might skip deadlifting based on how terrible I feel.
So that's my plan, any comments? Any insights? Specifically on the dosage perhaps, start at 200/400? Is 10 days enough to see noticeable progress? Should I take supplements when I take DNP or just take supps in the morning?
