Hey /fit/, I've got a mysterious bruce on my bicep / tricep area, and I am wondering if it were an actual injury would I feel more or is it just the discoloration that indicates it?

if more than one bruise appears on your body for no apparent reason (injury) then you should definitely see a doctor because it could indicate a serious problem

it's probably nothing though - I wouldn't worry unless multiple bruises start forming
