Yeah, bench press. Used to be OHP, but I lost some strength over a break and stalled below my previous 1RM.
But bench has always been disproportionately strong and I enjoy pushing up that last rep.

Mine used to be bench too. Was so fun. Especially because it was the easiest to progress in.
Absolute most hated was always bicep curls. Or any bicep work at all... But now the tables have turned. Working biceps is my favorite. I'm finally low bodyfat enough to see the veins bulging in the mirror when I do them which you don't get with other lifts.

I meant easiest to progress in the beginning. After about a year the progression slowed way down and it became less fun. Then things like bicep curls became more fun because progression is slow AF now.

I hate doing regular squats but I love the results and the leg stability they afford me.

the weight might not be so dramatic, but it makes me feel good, the movement looks cool, and it isn't done by most people.
