So I'm a skelly. I weigh 120lbs at 20 years old. I'm a 5'10 dude.

This needs to cease now as my quality of life is being affected tremendously.

I just started my day by eating a fucklot.

I ate 1kg of quark cheese with 400g of cherry fruitmix.

The kg of quark is 700kcal, and the 400g of fruitmix is 400kcal.

That gives us 1100kcal and 69g of protein.

I then ate 260g of chicken breast. That's roughly 400kcal and 40g of protein.

I'm about to eat a pack of 150g of rice with 260g of ground beef.

Now I have a few questions.

1. I won't be able to keep that on the long run. I don't have enough money, I'm a filthy NEET who lives on daddys money.
Is there a cheap alternative to all of this shit?

2. Will that help my gains? I mean, my max squat is 70kg. You read that right. I couldn't go higher for a year because I didn't eat enough.
Do you think Ill progress by eating all that shit? I have to be SURE, because I've alreadyl ost so much time.

I'm in panic /fit/. For real. My life is slipping by, and I'm still looking like a 14 years old boy at 21.

that lands you at about 2500kcal, probably more. since you're a fucking spooky skeletal that's probaly enough but you have no micros in that shit. also you're not gonna be able to eat the same shit every day, no one can.

keep eating at 2500+ kcal or atleast try and take 1 scoop per day. your maintenance must be insanely low atm so youll get stronger and gain weight.

Tinytrip achieved this in 2-3 years so you should be able to get pretty good looking by the time you're 23- don't sweat it bro, it's never too late to make it.

bananas are about 100 cals. each, so they're decent as a 'healthy' snack. They do fill you up though.

Mix the gainer with whole milk and chug that shit down.

Also, start lifting again, damn.

this is absolutely retarded. i did the same thing as a spooky skeleting and gained 10kg in 2.5-3 months. you'll get fat and you'll get stretchmarks.

just eat at a reasonable surplus m8

Still a fucking long way to go but at least I don't look like an anorexic child

I stared using weight gainer - I buy 5kg on Amazon, costs me about twenty five pounds and that lasts like 2/3 months. One shake mixed with whole milk and a cup of cheap as fuck oats is about 1500 calories, and is nowhere near as filling as an equivalent meal
Buy lots of cheap dried rice and pasta - meat is expensive but that's the only expensive thing, veg and sauces are quite cheap and you can learn to cook decent meals very quickly.

Also someone here recommended peanut butter bagels to me recently - have one with a pint of milk and that's an easy 750 calories right there, low sugar too

I actually have a gainer I didn't even bother to start using. 5kg chocolate from ON, 2 scoops gives 1200kcal.

What's your shake recipe? Because I tried that too with PB and oats, and it just gave me an even bigger urge to throw up.

I don't add anything to my powder other than a scoop of oats, I just buy the powder and add whole milk to that. You can add oils / peanut butter, loads of stuff to it to seriously boost the calories but I've never bothered, and the almond oils etc are generally very expensive

Some brands are really sickly, much sweeter than others. Check how much sugar is in each serving - some protein powder and weight gainers are very fucking sugary, and it can't be good

Your stomach and appetite will increase after a while. It sucked for me at first and I really struggled with the portions, it felt like I was preparing the next meal when I was still stugged from the last one
The trick is definitely to just eat before you get hungry - small meals, often. Keep yourself topped up rather than gorging on large meals

Aim for a gain of a kilo (half a lb a week) a month. Anything over is guaranteed fat. Get .82 g of protein per lb of lbm.
