Who else here has trouble sleeping?

How can I get through the day? Is it worth going to the gym while I'm feeling this tired?

Same, It's a brutal cycle. I procrastinate Monday night in doing my homework; so I stay up really late and get <5 hours of sleep. The rest of the week, I'm so sleep deprived, doing any mental activity takes forever. Try melatonin/weed if you really can't fall asleep.

What I do:
High dose fish oil (lowers bp and blood clotting factor)
Lots of cayenne pepper on my last meal (dilate blood vessels, lowers bp)

Don't do this if you have bp or clotting problems obviously.

I add a low dose of melatonin and/or a cup of chamomile with several teabags if I still have trouble.

Highschoolfag, senior year and in full IB classes. The issue is I have to drink so much coffee to stay awake, sometimes I have to smoke weed or I won't fall asleep. I use melatonin regularly, it works really well for me. I find it works best if you don't look at your phone/computer for an hour after taking it.
