Your arms aren't even that long, mine are a similar length and I'm guessing we're similar heights (182cm) and I bench 140kg for max triples pretty frequently.
Work on your arch, take a wider grip and really hammer your pecs, lats and triceps. DB bench and lat pulldowns every session.

I squat for depth, that's ATG. Just trying to strengthen by ligaments/tendons and joints up. I can squat 1pl8 parallel but it hurts too much on my ligaments/tendons so I don't consider it being able to squat 1pl8.

You might be squatting too low. If you're inflexible and you're going to ATG you're going to fuck your knees up. I had similar problems and my knees would always click on my squat, but now I just break parallel, maybe a little further if I'm feeling frisky. I stopped going ATG and my squats are way better and I don't have the pain anymore.
