So my (stupid af) friend thinks you can look like pic related if you just lift and eat right long enough.
How the fuck can I convince him that this will be impossible for a natural lifter to achieve? Man, he's stupid as shit.

Your friend will never look anything close to that and will realize with his own failures. It isn't worth arguing with stubborn and ignorant people, they are incapable of changing positions by appeals to logic and reason. He must fail firsthand.

Whats worse is when someone asks how long you lifted for and why dont you look like a fitness model.

We all have a friend like that.
My buddy is a prime case.
After he realised he'll never look like a fitness model natty (it took him 2 years to accept it), he changed his goal to being bigger but with higher fat. He expects to get huge bulging gay-porn-comic pectorals larger than his head natty, and didn't like being told otherwise.
This isn't even taking into account his shit form, poor motivation to actually lift, and inability to stick to diets.
He also thinks his dead father had 22" arms natty.
I knew him, they were 18" tops.

I was sort of joking. At least those competitions will show him what a physique like that in the OP looks like in other positions, less flattering lighting etc. It isn't an unbelievable amount of mass to me when you think about how much those bodybuilders dedicate their lives to it and their traps always seem to be lacking (traps are more responsive to androgens so they develop proportionally more in steroid-users) so unless they deliberately under-develop them...
