I tried the ice cream here and didn't care for it a whole lot myself, but here you go.
A recipe I make for some thing sweet is just
1/2 plain greek yogurt
2 tbsp peanut butter
dash of cinnamon
and a small sprinkling of any sweetener
Tastes good on its own or using it as a dip for apples.

I make this every morning, its good. Walden farm pancake syrup is amazing too, a bit expensive though.

I'm 6'4 (196cm) tall but kind of narrow so I wanna gain body mass in combination with muscles. My goal is eating 5000 calories everyday. What kind of food do you recommend? What recipes are reasonable? I'm living on my own so cooking everyday another meal or two is kind of time consuming.

I don't have all ingredients in the pic, but this is the recipe:
Wrap bacon around chicken, fry in pan for 7-10 minutes. Cut up all the vegetables, and then fry those in the same pan (you need a big pan), the bacon is fat enough so you don't need to add extra fat. Put everything in an oven bowl, add 4 eggs. Have it in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 C.
Ingredients:
1 brocolli, 4 eggs, 600gr of chicken, 150 gr bacon, 1 can of diced tomatoes, 250 gr mushrooms, 1 zuchinni, 400 gr bag of mixed vegetables.
Total calories: 1600 Kcal Protein content: 206 gr
I could eat twice from it. Total costs were around +- €10
