How many times a day you brush your teeth, do you use whitener or do you need braces?

what do we do
Brush twice a day, post-breakfast and right before bed. Fluoride rinse right before bed as well.
Tooth are mad crooked, but fairly white.
Mouth fulla crooked, chipped teeth with huge canines fits my bear aesthetic anyway.
last time I was at the dentist (he drives a maserati btw) he told me it'll cost around $500-1000 per tooth to get them all made perfectly perma-white.
He didn't recommend I get it unless I was going to be on TV or something and said my teeth are otherwise perfectly healthy and fine ( even though they seem yellowish to me)

Brush with baking soda
never had braces, but very straight teeth. most people think i had them, still wish I did though. 2 fillings. after my eecond cavity ive been brushing two times a day, flossing once a day, and mouthwash. flossing is the fucking shit. my favorite habit i've adopted by far. everyone should floss

Teeth aren't naturally blindingly white, you know. As in "they're not supposed to look like that". Not going to go in to beauty standard and all that, but brush your teeth twice a day and try to cut down on coffee and tobacco and you'll be fine
