You shouldn't just "switch" to front squat, they're not the same movement at all. Do both.

If youre unsure then you probably can do neither correctly, let alone know the difference between them. Have someone show you how to do one of the forms and stick with it.

I only did lowbar for about 2 years. Randomly switched to highbar one day. Never will I go back to lowbar. Highbar just felt so much better; my torso was more upright.
