Been on LGD, BCAAs, Creatine, and Acetyl L-Carnitine since March 1st. Gone from 183 to 196. Just eat at the caloric surplus/deficit you need too. I think LGD definitely helps.

Make sure you get something with a different form of magnesium than that shitty oxide 90% of ZMA supplements have. Better yet, just buy magnesium and zinc separately so it's easier to get good stuff.

UK only I think though.
Best one I could find in the market. Many people say it alters dreams and makes you cum more... I experienced neither of these. However this shits does 100% help you sleep, I went from sitting awake for hours in bed, to asleep pretty much instantly.

Might just be a placebo, but even a placebo worked for me.
