started benching with just the bar then 25lbs was my max back in november 2015
discover /fit/ prework out and whey protien now 6 months later i joined the 2pl8s senpai
i train for 2-3 hours most days. chest/tri / back/bi legs/shoulders, sometimes i do a all arm day or full body work out.
