Dude at my gym is like 5'10" 230 and dry as the Sahara, overheard him telling another kid that his "secret" is chicken salad with hard boiled eggs and lots of sleep. I laughed and said "Yeah, chicken salad, sleep, and a shitload of Vitamin T." He got flustered and I just walked away laughing.

its because when people find out you do roids they automatically attribute all of your gains to them, and assume you didnt spend years busting your ass in the gym to make the best of your advantage. its like when people who had a rich privileged upbringing become successful after working really hard at starting a business. they DID bust their asses 80 hours a week starting their company, but theres no way they wouldve found that success without their parents helping them along the way.
