What can I eat in the morning to get me enough protein to buildo muscle? I'm a baler so I lift constantly 8 hours a day five days a week. I know eggs are obvious but what else? Either a shake or something I can heat up and eat on the go would be preferred but it doesn't matter.

I actually got tired of eggs, so in a bulk i eat barbacoa or chicharron in salsa verde both of which are very rich in fat, but im in mexico, im not sure where you can get these kinds of meat already cooked in your country
