same, just eat what i want, maybe bang out a set of push ups on the weekend. maintain at 10%bf, went to the gym last year with a bud and benched 265x5, was bored so never went back.

About an hour and a half at most, I'm team /shortrest/ so 5 sets is about 10 minutes for me. I never understood how you can drag a gym visit out past two hours without adding heaps of pointless auxiliary lifts and I say that with heaps of meaningful auxiliary lifts I have to do every session (Plank every day because lumbar flattening and pull over and rotator cuff every day because of RC tear years ago)
