It's a good thing, means your body is working. It happens because you are hot, your body is trying to cool down.

Wondering if you're out of shape generally means you are breh.
>>
Yeah you fat fudge. Hope you clean the bench after using it
>>
yeah lol sweating while exerting yourself is literally the hallmark of being out of shape

Could be that you're out of shape, yes. It could also mean your capillaries is deeper under your skin than most people. I have a friend who apparently has capillaries that are the opposite and he never sweats but goes extremely red when exerting.

If thats you, you dont have fat forearms so its probaby this
>You start sweating sooner: Your body’s sweat response gets quicker as you gain fitness. This means you’ll see sweat appearing on your skin sooner after you start exercising than you did when you were a novice. These days, when you start warming up your body knows what’s coming next, so it ramps up the cooling process more quickly to stay ahead of the rise in core temperature.

So no, I'm 10% bf amd sweat like a mf after sets as well.

No, it's a sign of either being nervous or in a hot room.

> go back to uni
> have not done excercise in months
> out of breathe going up 3 flights of stairs

I don't think that is always the case
if you are doing heavy compounds it makes sense to sweat

if you are doing curls you just sound like a fatass

I don't think it does. Maybe some people just sweat more than others. I know that my forehead starts dripping like a faucet at the drop of a hat, but I never get those typical sweat patches on my chest and back.

I'm really in shape and I sweat like a pig all the time. If I'm doing strenuous exercise, whether its lifting or pull-ups, if I exert myself I'll sweat.

This applies tenfold when I'm doing any form of cardio. My body will heat up very quickly so I sweat easily.

As soon as I put my (not necessarily gym) t-shirt on I have massive patches in the axilla area.

My BMI is 22 btw, not a fat fuck.
