Literally ask Scooby
Try calculators
Get a number
Eat that number
Observe whether fat goes up or down, adjust your estimate based on those results
If you are not willing to experiment and log your weight for a couple of months you aren't going to have the character to lose weight anyway.
Just get started and don't stop. Nothing hard about it bruh.
Eat. Track calories. Measure weight. Adjust accordingly until you aren't putting on/losing any more than a pound or two.
I'm six foot, 189lbs and i eat to maintain at around 2500 calories. Some days I eat more, some days I eat less. I go off of a weekly basis.
lifting is a whole lot of trial and error.

Yes well now you see that none are perfect and they are all estimates. So eat an average and see if you gain or lose weight. Adjust as needed.

Trial and error. Get a starting point with an online calculator, adjust as you go based on how your weight changes over the next month.
