how to sleep like a normal person? I always had difficulties falling asleep, but for most time I just lie hour-two and finally do it. But Im left completely depressed when it happens before a training day, because I cant do shit in the gym, have to skip the training and be taken few days back in progress. I know all the usual talk about sleep hygiene but I live in a poor dormitory and it really has no use there. Anybody knows any secret methods, please fitbros

You could also try "meditating", which just means focus entirely on breathing in and out regularly while you're lying down for bed.
You'll probably start to think about things, but go back to focusing on breathing when you realize you're doing it and you'll fall asleep pretty quickly.
