i lift with high intensity 4-5 days a week.
always changing it up (some days are back/chest, next day is shoulder/legs, next day is shoulders/chest) - random ya know. my chest feels lacking so i end up hitting that more often than anything else.
focus on form form form form form.
you dont need to go heavy, lift lighter weights with perfect form and get a perfect muscle contraction. once this is mastered, go up in weight :) when we are all older, our bodies will love that advice
dont really track macros, just eat clean and remember, you dont need nearly as much protein as everyone says.
supplements? creatine if anything. everything else is basically expensive piss.
oh yea and most people are dehydrated most of the time. drink that h2o !!!!

First I used to do a Full body routine 3 days a week, something like this: F R F R F R R (Being R rest days)
Then I split it up into Arms / Core / Legs, being: A C L A C L R
And now I'm into a PPL (Push, Pull and Legs with core) routine with gymnastic rings and weight (I TOTALLY Recommend buying some wood rings for grip but you can also buy some plastic ones, amazon/ebay can do the trick), the routine is: P P L P P L R
If you want specific exercises well, that would be another story but the best ones I can recommend are:
Pull: Bodyrows, Pullups, Chinups, Neutral grip pullups and Muscle-ups.
Push: RTO Pushups, Pseudo Planche Pushups, Pike/Handstand pushups, Ring flyes, Archer pushups, Dips and Korean dips.
Core: L-Sit, Windshield wipers, Dragon flags and Ab Wheel Rollouts
Legs: Weighted squats, Single leg weighted calf rises, hip thrusts and pistol squats.
Remember not to kip at any cost and if you don't really have much weight or money to buy it you could use a friend.
