Short of dnp, what's the fastest method of losing about 40lbs? I lost 120lbs already so I'm no stranger to hard work but I'm just so tired of being overweight. 40 more pounds and I'm healthy, just fucking 40lbs. Summer is in 2 months, I'd like it to be my first healthy summer.

How do I do it /fit/? I just want this shit off me so bad.

I'm on it now, It's been working, but having your resting heart-rate be 30 or more BPM over the norm is something that's not easy to get used to.
I hear magnesium and potassium supplements help with the heart shit. I started on that today, too early to tell.

Yeah, I guess I already knew this. Might just delete the thread to be honest. Being at this awful borderline state is messing with me, I can see my gains but they're marred by the last remnants of a fat child that hated itself. How low do you think I can cut with it still being safe for those 2 months?

I started doing IF a couple of weeks ago and is working so far, i dont know how healthy it is, not much i asume

A 6 week PSMF will have you just about 40 pounds down if you do it properly. All the info you need is in the book.

40 lbs is approx 15-17kg, if you can lose 2kgs/week you might be able to make it, here's the plan

Is it absolutely necessary that I rest on the weekends? And I'm already at a 500 calorie deficit, is it possible for me to go lower for these 2 months and come out okay at the end of it? Because if I can sustain myself off 1000 calories a day, then that's what I'm going to do.

okay, if you eat at like a bigass (800) deficit and run a little every day you'll drop maybe 2, 2.5 pounds a week

Intermittent fasting with fasted walking for about an hour every other day (you can up your mileage to every day if you want, your calves are gonna be sore af). I recommend 20 minutes of running every other day as well, try to maintain a pace that's above a 5 and go at about a 10 at some point in the run (10 point scale of effort).

I also recommend popping some yohmbine on the walking days (don't pop yohmbine when you are going to do anything above a 3, you will feel like a nuclear reactor of heat).

I'd say test it. I work a physical job, workout 6x per week and eat 1800-2000 cal per day with a TDEE of 3k. My lifts don't go down until I'm really lean. I'd say try 800 deficit and more work, see how it suits you and go from there. Eat your protein and you won't lose gains. Go hard buddy
