30 pounds is 3.75 pounds a week. 1 pound a week is usually the goto. 2 pounds if you're really disciplined.

Unless you're a complete fat fuck. Then you'll be able to do 3.75 pounds a week for the first few weeks no problem.

Walk/run 45-60 minutes every day.

If you find reading too hard, just use myfitnesspal or something to somewhat track your calories. It also gives you some default calculations based on how much you want to lose.

25-30 lbs in the next two months doesn't sound too smart since you don't look necessarily overweight, but best of luck with that. Just remember that simply starving yourself isn't the best way to go.

Keto will knock 12lbs of bloat off the bat and is easy to stick to on a very low calorie diet. Find a pdf version of carb night or anabolic diet. Aim for 10-11 x your weight in lbs for calorie goal

Starting strength or stronglifts would work out great too, get more shapely shoulders and butt while you lean down. Also you'll be able to eat more calories while looking lean

Your belly is cute but if you want to lose 20lbs fast I'd go for a keto or cyclic keto diet with heavy weight lifting
