Not him but yes strength gains can easily deteriorate when switching routines. Try a peaking powerlifting routine and then switch to GVT and tell me you haven't lost strength. That's just an extreme example to illustrate my point. /fit/ really has turned into the blind leading the blind; I pity the poor fuckers just starting out.
