Idk. I drink buckets of it and it works for me. Doesn't make me "crash" or whatever.

I'm skeptical about foods that purport to have any considerable psychological affects. I need to know for sure that I'm feeling something. But I've done a lot of drugs in my life so that's probably why I have that mindset.
