Haven't seen the movie but google'd some screenshots. He might not be natty but that physique is attainable natty, especially considering that his body probably looks better in the movie than it does irl with movie lights and shadows and after editing and what not.

I mostly saw the vascularity and that is what struck me as not natty.
I guess it could be good genetics, but not many people have that kind of vascularity at that bodyfat level.
