ITT: kcal deficit and sports for fatties. How did you combine your work-out when being out of energy on a kcal deficit?
Im a fattie losing weight on a kcal deficit.
I find it many times hard to lift and even do cardio when being on minus kcals. I track what i eat, hit the macros and all so its not about that. I do -500 to -700kcals maximum.
Is it legit, in this situation, to do sports only 2 or 3 times in a week? I have 20kg too much weight atm. Should i just focus on kcal deficit for now and do more sports later, lets say after i lost 10kg.
The experiences of others are not in sticky.

I don't like to do much, just low volume lifting with a goal of preserving (not gaining) strength and otherwise being a starving emo.
Don't try to salvage it. Just embrace living death.

You know in some sick way, I kind of enjoy it. I enjoy suffering like this.
It's like I feel miserable on the inside and see nothing but miserable people walking around, it's like my body feeling well fed and comfortable is some kind of aberration, it doesn't belong in this awful world.
When my body feels awful too, it's as though this whole black earth is finally at least consistent.

Try experimenting with different eating times and fasting periods. I am working out 3 hours a day on only ~1300 cals, and have been feeling pretty good for the most part. Just noticed my lifts getting tougher, but got lose the extra 30 pounds I am carrying, so whatever.
