I'm a very picky eater, so i under eat roughly 800 calories a day. i lift 4 times a week, and walk 6 miles a day at work with cardio at the gym too.
How do i get the extra calories but not put on weight
my brother takes whey powder and has recommended that, but i dont know what's the best for my situation.

Stop being a puss and eat more. That simple. Whey powder is good for muscle growth, not for gaining weight, unless you add whole milk to it. You need to eat to gain mass, period.

I have the same problem. I make a 500+ Cal milkshake with whey and other shit in it to reach the caloric intake I need.

If you struggle to eat, get a mass gainer. If you're picky about the taste, buy sample sachets and find one you like, then buy in bulk.
