I have a fridge full of ice cream, orange juice, strawberries, an assortment of french pastries and chocolate. They are all for my pregnant wife.
I haven't had anything sweet to eat for almost a month. I am on a strict keto + 1000 kcal deficit, and I had sweets under social circumstances only. Once you get into that tug of war against your brain, you have already lost, because it's only a matter of time then.
