How long is the anabolic window?
If i spend 2 hours at a gym will my first sets won't count?
There's no research on it. Consensus is that it's from 20 minutes to an hour AFTER your workout.
If you're worried, just drink some extra BCAA to prolong it.

By the time you've progressed enough as an athlete to worry about optimizing little marginal things like that, you have a team of coaches and nutritionists working for the same organization who get paid to worry about that kind of shit for you.
