Hey new to lifting, only been going at it for about 11 days now and i'm curious on what exercises are superior to work the brachioradialis or just the forearm.. it feels squishy (lot less now than it did!) and I don't like that..

high rep deadlifts at 50% max, i do 5x10 at the end of my normal sets and my forearms feel like they're going to explode

Hammer curls
Neutral grip pullups

Reverse (pronated) grip curls. Work brachiroradialis even more than hammer curls

Hey is there a proper name for these things? OP here, I know exactly what you're talking about, my dad used to have like two of em when I was a kid I just don't know what they're actually called
