Which brand of protein powder are you using, boys? Sick of getting ON which is expensive as fuck. Also considering getting BCAAs to really start pushing.
bulk powders
also, whey contains bcaas
Pulsin natural pea protein.
Whey makes me feel gassy, plus its unethical.
I recently stopped buying ON as well. It is, as you say, too expensive. My whey brand is too obscure, though. You've probably never heard about it.

How do you know if it's 100% whey though?

Leanfit from Costco.
Cheap, tasty, mixes easily and is lab tested. Might not be the best option out there but it's reliable, affordable and gets the job done.
Some shitty no-name brand whey I buy online from some unknown protein company.
It's like $89 (Australia dollars) for 5 kilograms. So whatever. Been using it for a few years now, I use it to get about 50g or so of my daily protein per day, seems to work just as good as the ON whey I use to buy ($150 for 4.5 kg)
They have some tests done to show quality of the protein on their website and they show the full amino acid list so I guess its fine. Shit is bland as fuck though, no taste, just a sour-milkish taste, it's WPC.
I am in Australia though, and we have much stricter food regulation than america, so I doubt there's anything wrong with it. Our government food fags are extremely autistic with what people sell.

I use ON just for post wo shakes and impact whey protein from myprotein for everything else (like mixing with oatmeal)
BCAAs sound like a waste of money if you're not training fasted

Pic related is the aminoacid list.
I like muscle milk, but its also pricey.
I think I'll just spend the money on chicken or something
