Do you guys carb load prior going to a festival/Vegas/beach party/whatever? If so, how has it worked for you and what have you found to be most effective?

I'm dyel but I would say avoid sodium as much as possible and carb up a bit and get a pump before going
what do you guys carb load with? I Los with pic related, shit tons of carbs but not as high in sodium as other high carb foods, helps to avoid an over abundance of water retention and giving that bloated look
