Ok so I'm a skinny fat guy like pic related ( not me but same fat position but more muscular ). Last summer I was skinny without fat but I completly fucked up my body since. Any advices to get rid of excess fat before summer ?
crunches will get you nice and toned for summer
69 inches lowest was 20 at 167 lbs the most was 17 at 260 lbs
