How can i stick to my routine? i suddenly fell off my training

How can i stick to my routine?

i suddenly fell off my training schedule and started to skip days here and there, no longer can find a good time to workout to the point where i force myself to do it before going to sleep just so the day counts.

Plan ahead. Once or twice every week, check what you have to do and how your training schedule fits in there. And know yourself, for instance do you still have enough power to lift after 8 hours of work? No? than lift before work.
