What are some of the intense or unusual things you have added to your routines to take it to the next level?
I'll start;
Bent over dumbell rows (single hand):
120 lbsx 15,12,10
110lbsx 15,12,10
100lbsx 15,12,10
Leg press:
6 plate X 15 + 50 calves
8 plate X 15 + 50 calves
10 plate X 15 + 50 calves
12..14
Same thing
10..12..14..16..18
Same thing
12...14...16...18...20...22
I started adding calisthenics to my push and pull days.
Holy fucking doms.
Push days add after your lifts
>6xf wall handstands
>10xf frog stance/tuck planche/advanced tuck/straddle/full (depending on skill and strength levels)
Pull day
>4x5 Scalpula pulls
>4x5 perfect pullups
>5xf front lever(practicing to actually be able to do one for me.)

That photo
Getting that extra stretch/ muscle tearing sounds nice. I may give it a shot.

Seriously, start of with crow(frog) stances if you can even do that. Do it 10 times till failure for as long as you can hold. I bet you'll be sweating your dick off.
Bullshit DOMs too, never felt delt/upper lat DOMs like this before.
Lookup a couple of videos on how to do it, it looks super fucking simple and easy. But it's fucking not.
