I seriously felt stronger when I was a 14 yr old twig than I do now. I'm still a twig but I'm vastly stronger than I was then

I don't just mean physically, like the target has shifted and I'm aware now of how much more I could lift. But I just feel weak... like when I shake peoples hands, or when I think about the possibility of getting in a fight. I think my nervous/endocrine sytems are fucked maybe
