I hate this machine, I always do the standing one, you can go a lot further down and it makes you actually use your calves instead of splitting it with other leg/quad stuff.

I never understood this. I didn't do any sports for 4 years due to health a few years back and once I did again after just 3 weeks I was able to do 50kg easy, while friends and other people struggle with less who are very fit btw. I guess I just have bull calves
