Lifting when you are weak is useless. You're not gonna make anything out of it, but you may make recovery longer and infect other people (which i don't give a fuck about, but you may)

I had a cold for a week, runny nose, closed ears and all that.
I just went on as usual, ate and went to the gym.
Unless I get the flu I dont loose that much strength, and I was in a deloading period anyway so it worked out perfectly
