Do you only have it on your foot?
The only thing that can tell it's athletes foot is by microscopy.
If it is you kan treat it with terbafine.
Either way i suggest you give it air, and use cotton socks and keep a high hygiene level on your foot. Wear bathing sandals to avoid infect other.

You're both right it's psoriasis of the foot.
hydrocortisone cream or paraffin based cream will clear that up.

Probs psoriasis. I've been trough it so I know the feel. Its genetic and most people grow out of it after a while. It's not really curable but you can treat it and keep it in check also avoid scraching it at all costs
