My dad was never really in to weight lifting, and was always kind of skinny fat. So one day he asked if he could come with me to the gym. A couple of days a week, he would join me my in lifting from then on. I was 15/16 then, this was around 5 years back, and the times we worked out was great bonding time and everything. Now he's gone, and those times we lifted together are among some of the best memories I have of him. Maybe you should focus on yourself at the gym, and stop obsessing over what others do. It's a sign of the crazy times we live in that father son activities are seen as loserish and stupid. Get a life dude
