I had some Daiya Mac and Cheese for breakfast, it was my first time ever having it. I will probably only ever have it every once in awhile because it is full of fat, but I want to branch out and try more vegan foods.
I plan on having steamed cabbage and kale for lunch and rice and tofu for dinner. The tofu is marinating in a special sauce...yet another thing that I haven't tried yet. I have about...40 pounds of rice due to my husband buying a 20 pound bag and then we got another 20 pounds from our mutual friend who didn't want it.
Rice is now my life.
After today, my plan is to have a smoothie for breakfast with silk vanilla soymilk, mixed frozen fruit, dates and some sweet leaf stevia drops, some form of veggies for lunch and rice/pasta for dinner.
Anyone know some decent soy chunks low in carbs/fats for psmf?
Been looking around for a while but I can't seem to find any with enough protein per serving to justify the carbs/fat during psmf.

Don't know about carbs but if you get dried soya chunks they're usually made with defatted soya flour aren't they? In the UK you can get them at Holland and Barratts
