So are you saying that it's better to get your fats from stuff like olive oil, macadamia nut, fish oil, etc.? Any recommendations, or a list, of the most healthy fats? I'm eager to learn, I don't know enough about fat nutrition.... except for saturated vs. monounsaturated, but that's old news.
