I'm looking to get fit for my summer holidays (in 4 months) and I came across this magbook. I never went to the gym before but I'm starting this week. I was just wondering if this thing is legit as I'm trying to get toned like pic related by the holidays.

It's probably just based on a caloric deficit, so when people finish the program they go from having tummies to being able to see some outline of their abdomens and think it's the magic of the program
