It's easter Sunday and I ate like shit. I had an everything omelet for breakfast with hash browns. And pork roast with dumplings and gravy and coleslaw for dinner. I've done so well but my family pressed me into eating with them since I rarely do.

Two slices of local rye bread
5 boiled eggs
About 300g of smoked salmon
Two slices of Orange Bishop bread
Half a Czech almond bun
And some local goat cheese
I'm probably going to go over my goal today but that's fine, it's a holiday.
