fridge mode is when your waist is kinda the same width as your shoulders. you don't have much of a v-taper you just look like a tube

you could get surgery, turn into a woman, or build you upper body enough that it looks like you have normal hips. just fix your proportions it's not that hard if you keep lifting

I would actually recommend laying off all lower body weight training. I have the same issue, and that's what I'm doing.

Start complaining when ur hips are 15cm+ bigger than ur waist
